This year we decided not to mess with a Christmas Tree, and so had instead a Poinsettia. It is beautiful and christmas-y (and a whole lot easier!) I couldn't bring myself to get out one more box that I would have to pack up again... And so we have a spot of bright color in the corner of our front room--and no pine needles to vacuum! It was/is a great plan.

Great idea! I love Poinsettias. They are so Christmasy all on their own. :)
ReplyDeleteNow the problem is to decide whether to keep it or not through the move... Since it is a living plant I can't just throw it out in the snow, it needs someone!
