So. You take a few empty containers... with supposedly easy screw on lids...

Add some of the nicely chopped & mashed strawberries,

Add some pectin and a lot, I mean a LOT of sugar,

Stir, and stir and stir and stir some more... then wait and stir every 5 minutes for another long while....

And you get this! Freezer jam. Always a great late-night activity... Throw in the movie, and it is a regular date.

Until you get to the dishes afterward. Good thing there are husbands :)
